Jeff Rupe, GIS Production Manager 

Since joining the GIS department in mid-2001, Mr. Rupe has participated in preparing due diligence maps on over 100 projects. These maps include land use, soils analysis, FEMA 100-year floodplain mapping, and wetland maps. He is experienced in aerial interpretation to determine wetland boundaries. Mr. Rupe is also involved in GPS field data collection.
